My mother-in-law has been receiving care at Willow Dale since a fall last July, and the team here has provided her with a safe and compassionate environment. While her dementia makes communication a bit challenging, it’s clear she recognizes and feels comforted by the familiar, caring staff — people like Nicole, Tammy, Randy, Cindy, Kylie, Jessica, Dawn, Courtney, and the amazing kitchen team, especially Denise, who serves meals that always look delicious and nourishing. The team makes a genuine effort to keep her involved, bringing her to activities, encouraging social time, and helping her enjoy fresh air outdoors — something I especially appreciate. I visit five times a week and often help her participate in activities like bingo or sit with her in the sun. It’s the little moments and the dedication of the staff that mean the most. From physical therapy to social engagement, and even special community events like picnics and carnivals, it’s clear Willow Dale values both its residents and its role in the community. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to another family.
